Your Home -
Our Mission!

At Royal Greenwich Property, we are as dedicated to our tenants, as to our landlords. We believe in honesty and transparency when it comes to working with our clients.

We appreciate that it’s important for you to live in a property that you can make a home - a comfortable sanctuary. All our properties are well-maintained and of high standard. When you sign a tenancy with us, you will have your own dedicated online account where you can pay your rent online, report any issues, and much more.

Your Home, Our Mission!

We recognise that time is precious, therefore, we will only show you properties that meet your criteria and fall within your price range. We don’t put our clients under pressure to make decisions. We want you to be happy with your choice, after all, it’s a big deal moving to a new home. You are under no obligation to rent from us because you’ve viewed our properties.

Our process:

Once you decide on a property that you love, and you choose to make an offer to rent, we will require the following -

A holding fee - this will be deducted from the final rent payment when you move in.

Moving in

Once we have received your signed tenancy agreement, monies due, and a standing order is set up, we will make an appointment with you to hand over the keys and check you into your new property.

One of our friendly team will greet you on your moving in date, sign your documentation, hand over property keys, take meter readings, and provide you with our RGP welcome pack. We will show you how things work in the property, and answer any questions you may have about your new property, or the area you are moving to.

If RGP also manage your property, we will give you the contact details of your Property Manager. If your landlord directly manages your property, we will provide you with their contact details for any correspondence.
